On-line ordering

Ordering on-line is the easiest and fastest way to process your order. You can pay using any major credit or debit card including American Express. When placing your order you card is checked for sufficent funds but it will not be charged until we pack your order. This system alows us to modify your order right up to the point of dispatch without any complications.

Postal, telephone or faxed orders

If you prefer to place your order over the phone simply call our sales office and place your ordder verbally we can take payment over the phone, if youhave not bought from us in the past then it helps if you first register on the site. We are happy to accept orders via fax but please let us take the credit card details verbally, so make sure you include a daytime contact telephone number. If you wish to pay by cheque either phone in first or use the web site to calculate the total including VAT and any carriage payable.

Corporate /Trade customers

Corporate and trade customers can benifit from our trade price structure, to gain acess to our trade prices you must first register and then telephone our sales office to have you pricing structure applied. To qualify you must be a bonafide business/school or installer. Once you have been accepted you are able to log in to our system and the site will re-price to your prices, if you log out it will revert to standard terms. Credit account facilities are available subject to status and this will allow you to order on-line and pay on invoice. You can manage a number of authorised persons on your account who will be permittef to place orders as well as a centralised accounting and multiple delivery addresses. Invoices are normaly sent to the first registerd email address.

Projects

Please submit all projects by email or fax. Please include you contact name, email address, telephone number, company name and the name of the project. We will prepare a project price and a quote number.

Export Orders

We have enabled all countries in the webstore, however shipping costs are calculated using UPS, for larger orders we will use a freight forwarder where costs will be substantially lower, for large orders please contact us directly for a quotation.  Please email us with a list of your requirements and your address including post code
